FlocBot: FlocBot is a hardware and software system that helps municipal drinking water plants reduce chemical overdosing through real-time monitoring and optimization. By improving treatment consistency and lowering chemical and sludge disposal costs, FlocBot offers a more efficient and data-driven approach to water treatment operations.
Precision Matcha Milling: Precision Matcha Milling provides coffee shops with a commercial-grade mill that grinds tencha leaves into fresh matcha powder on-site for improved flavor, freshness, and quality. The model also helps shops reduce inventory waste and stabilize their supply chain by allowing them to buy longer-lasting leaves in bulk rather than relying on pre-ground powder.
Before the First Step: Before The First Step, LLC is developing the SitEngage™ System, a portable assistive platform that improves stability and alignment during seated prosthetic donning. By enabling more consistent and controlled engagement, the system aims to increase user confidence, reduce reliance on workarounds, and improve long-term prosthetic use outcomes.
CheckHOA: CheckHOA is a PropTech platform designed to bring greater transparency to HOA communities by providing verified data, resident reviews, and comparison tools. It serves homebuyers, homeowners, real estate professionals, and HOA stakeholders who need more reliable information about fees, rules, and management quality.
Automated Trash Collection Robot: The Automated Trash Collection Robot is developing a fully autonomous robot designed to collect and sort litter in sidewalks, parks, and other public spaces. Using AI-powered sorting and GPS-based route prioritization, the system aims to reduce urban litter through a Robotics-as-a-Service subscription model.
Clock N' Key Portable Escape Rooms: Clock N’ Key Portable Escape Rooms delivers mobile, immersive escape room experiences designed specifically for corporate team building and professional development. By combining engaging gameplay with skill-focused puzzle design, the company helps teams strengthen communication, collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving in a convenient, on-site format.
Maza: Maza is a social platform that creates a shared digital space for capturing and organizing photos and videos from group events like trips, parties, and concerts. Using AI-powered reel generation, it automatically compiles event highlights into shareable videos, making it easy for users to relive and share their experiences without manual editing.
3D Neil Nech: 3D Neil Tech is focused on making robotics more accessible by developing practical, general-purpose robots paired with hands-on educational resources. Through its Harvestman Project, the company equips students and individuals with both the tools and skills needed to build and program robots that can solve real-world tasks.
Airplane Handyman: Airplane Handyman helps aircraft owners manage tedious but necessary upkeep tasks such as cleaning planes, organizing hangars, and auditing logbooks. By taking care of these non-technical responsibilities, the business saves owners time and helps them focus more on flying.
